Our design process begins with a 60-minute phone consultation where we explore your vision for the perfect deck. We collaborate closely with you throughout, thoughtfully evaluating your objectives, intended use, local climate conditions, budget parameters, and long-term maintenance preferences to create a design that’s truly tailored to your needs.

Using the information gathered during your design consultation, we’ll create 2D/3D renderings and a 3D walkthrough (based on your chosen package). These visualizations let you experience your deck before construction begins, making it easy to adjust details and ensure the final design matches your vision perfectly.

All drawings are provided for design and planning purposes only. They are not engineered or stamped. The homeowner and builder are responsible for ensuring compliance with local building codes and obtaining any required engineering review.

If your package includes revisions, we’ll schedule a meeting to review the renderings together and discuss any changes you’d like to make. We’ll then make the necessary updates to the design. Additional revisions can be added at any time to ensure complete satisfaction.

Once all decisions and revisions are completed we receive your approval on the renderings and prepare for delivery.

We finalize and deliver your complete conceptual design package digitally. If your package includes the Deck Teck Build Guide.
